Got a voucher? A year is yours.

A Knaizen Health voucher gives one full year of the app, counted from the day you redeem it.

On Android

1. Install Knaizen Health from Google Play and open it.
2. Tap your profile picture (top right), then Subscription, then Redeem a code.
3. Type the code exactly as printed, for example KH-7Q4M-2D9X-K3RT. Capitals, spaces and dashes don't matter.
4. Tap Redeem. The phone needs an internet connection for this one step.

What is sent: only the code, a random install id made by the app, and the word "android". No health data and no personal details. See the privacy policy.

On iPhone

On iPhone, free time is given with an Apple offer code, redeemed through Apple:

1. In Knaizen Health, tap your profile picture (top right), then Subscription, then Redeem a code. Apple's redeem sheet opens; enter the code there.
2. Or open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code, and enter the code.

Apple processes offer codes; we don't see your Apple account. If you were given a KH- voucher but use an iPhone, email support@knaizen.com and we will help.

Something went wrong?

• "Not valid": check the code for typos. The letters I, L, O and U are never used in codes.
• "Already used": each voucher works once. If you reinstalled the app, email us the code and we can re-enable it.
• "Expired" or "Revoked": the voucher is past its redeem-by date or was cancelled. Contact whoever gave it to you.
• "Too many attempts": wait a few minutes and try again.
