The terms.

These terms are between you and Khalil Labs (SMC-Private) Limited, Pakistan ("we", "us"), which makes Knaizen Health through its studio Knaizen. By using the app you accept them. If you got the app from the App Store or Google Play, their terms apply too.
1. Not a medical device, not medical advice
Knaizen Health is a personal record keeper. It stores and charts information you enter or import, compared with ranges you choose. It does not diagnose, treat, interpret results, recommend doses or give medical advice, and it is not a medical device. Reminders can fail (for example if notifications are turned off or the phone is off), so do not rely on the app alone for medicines that matter. Always follow your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Your data is yours, and on your phone
Your records are stored only on your device (see the privacy policy). We do not hold a copy and cannot restore it. You are responsible for keeping an export if you want a backup, for example before changing or resetting your phone.
3. Free period, subscriptions and prices
- New users get the full app free for 3 months. After that, the full app needs a subscription: $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year (in US dollars; your store shows the local price, including any taxes).
- Subscriptions are sold by Apple or Google, renew automatically until you cancel, and are cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Always free: viewing, exporting and deleting your own records never requires a subscription.
- We may change prices for future periods; the store will tell you before a change affects your subscription.
4. Vouchers
- A Knaizen Health voucher (a code like
KH-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) gives one year of the full app, counted from the day it is redeemed, on the app install where it is redeemed. - Each voucher can be redeemed once. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be resold.
- A voucher may have a "redeem by" date; after it, the voucher no longer works.
- We may cancel a voucher that was obtained or shared fraudulently, or that is redeemed in bulk or by automated means.

5. Using the app fairly
Do not try to break, reverse engineer or overload the app or our voucher service, or use them for anything unlawful. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.
6. No warranty
We work hard to make the app reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
7. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for loss of data stored on your device, or for decisions made using the app. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be shown in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without taking away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
